My wife and I are thinking about gaining weight and it seems as if consuming heavy cream has shown excellent results for many on this site. However, the only topics I’ve read in this forum appear to be about consuming a significant amount. (1+ pints per day)
We would like to start off with only adding heavy cream to many of our meals and see where that takes us. Has anyone here had experience simply cooking with heavy cream and nothing more? If so, how much weight was gained, how long did it take to see results...etc?
